72-The purpose of this report is to assess Monty's restaurant in Chester, which I visited on 28th June
73-There is a varied menu at Monty's which includes a wide choice of vegetarian.
74-I tried the Mexican Sizzler-a spicy burger with chill sauce in a soft, white bread roll.
75-However, I have thought that Monty's was a bit too expensive.
76-The staff at Monty's were friendly, polite and helpful, and they looked very smart in their clean uniforms.
77-The service was rather slow and one of the cashiers gave me the wrong change.
78-The lovely music created an excellent atmosphere.
79-Fortunately though, there were tables for non-smokers.
80-Monty's restaurant in Chester is, on the whole, a great success.
Firstly, he should make sure that all hot dishes are hot when they go out customers. Secondly,he should lower the prices so that everyone can have the chance to visit this restaurant.Finally, he should improve staff training, so that the staff work faster and make fewer mistakes.
